With intel/17.0.4 and intel/mkl/17.0.4 loaded, I ran: ./setup --fc=ifort --cc=icc --cxx=icpc --mkl=parallel --int64 cd build make -j The build finished successfully, but the installation crashed with absolutely no explanation of what the issue was: [100%] Building Fortran object CMakeFiles/pelib.dir...
