My email are rejected by the mail address “dalton2013-licence@dirac.chem.sdu.dk”. It is for the reason that "host msec.sdu.dk[130.225.156.16] said: 550 Administrative prohibition (in reply to RCPT TO command) ". So what can I do?

Re: I cannot abtain DALTON2013 personal licence
Dear Prof. Kenneth Ruud:
I want to apply a personal academic licence of Dalton2015 suit, but failed when trying to email
the scanned signed Dalton licence (.pdf) via my register email (yidapa@yeah.net) to the licence application
address (dalton-licence@daltonprogram.org). Can you help me to finish the application, or give some
instruction on alternative contact address?
Best regards!

Dear Chunyun Tu,
Your signed license agreement have been received and will be dealt with as soon as possible. The final approval is done manually, and currently we have only one person doing this task, so there is some slight delays relative to your submission. You should receive your password within the next 24-48 hours I would expect.
Best regards,
Kenneth

Re: I cannot abtain DALTON2013 personal licence
Thank you for so rapid reply, Prof. Ruud. I didn't check the mailing status when the first email was sent. I guess if the auto-reply system
can additionally send a letter to inform the applicant the signed licence have been received and will be deal with with an appropriate period (say 1~2 weeks or longer), then it would save a little time both for administrators and users.
Thanks again,
Best wishes!
