Can I run the CC4R and CC5R calculations

Dear all,
I have noticed the CC4R and CC5R modules (written by Prof. Christof Haettig in 1997) in Dalton 2013 source code
,and I successfully run a CC4R calculation on the basis of keywords given in ccsd_input.F source file.
However, I haven't noticed any references about CC4R and CC5R calculation from manual or international web.
Are there test files for these kinds of calculations?
