How do I stop getting emails?

I used DALTON in my undergraduate research and registered using my personal email account. I have been getting emails from DALTON for over a year since doing anything related to it, how do I stop these emails??? I am sorry if this isn't the right place to ask about this, but I haven't been able to find any solution to these unwanted emails besides using a different address for my account....... Surely there is another way which I am not finding?

In the "User Control Panel" (http://daltonprogram.org/forum/ucp.php) there is a tab called "Board preferences" under which there are options that control notifications "Edit post notification options". There you can deactivate email notifications.
