I upgraded the operating system to macOS Mojave 10.14.3 with the other, e.g., Xcode, Mpich, Gfortran, etc. no changing, and found Dalton2016.2 could ran successfully without recompilation.
This is marvelous!
Dalton2016.2 can run on macOS Mojave 10.14.3
