difference between CPHF and TDHF calculations

Dear DALTON users,
I am calculating static first hyperpolarisability calculations. Can anybody please tell me what is the difference between CPHF and TDHF calculations? Which one is more time consuming and why? How can we set up CPHF calculatins in DALTON? Thanks in advance.
